About Coopernook Hotel:

Coopernook was proclaimed a Village in 1890 after first settlers began arriving in the 1830s.

The Coopernook Hotel was completed around 1928, five years before the two lane steel bridge was built over the Lansdowne River next to the hotel.

The village of Coopernook was by-passed in 2006 with the Pacific Highway upgrade and the steel bridge taken down citing need to have higher clearance for river traffic and ongoing upgrade costs.
Coopernook Hotel is known for its small town local charm, cold beer and classic pub meals.
Popular with RVs, motorcyclists, and fishermen who can launch their boats out the front, just 1km off the Highway the Coopie Pub boasts great food, Pub-Style accommodation, ATM and eftpos, full TAB facilities, recently refurbished bars and rooms, and is a great place to stay or relax with friends.
