Three jazz clubs get together here each May. In 2011, it was great, in 2012, it was an absolute disaster. Management had not even bothered to prepare for the 140 of us. No seating for around 50 of us, no sign of the special menu arranged earlier; most of the regular menu not available to us - not even a roast; food such as burgers which were available were very average and overpriced; wine prices were over the top and varied by as much as $7 for the same bottle of wine. Overall, this pub is very unprofesssional and does not care about its customers. It's treatment of us was disgraceful. They don't deserve your business!

I came down as part of the Sydney Jazz Club, on the 15th May. We had the greatest day and I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff, in particular, Julie, the new manager, who made our day such a success.
