To Whom It May Concern,
My name is Zac and I am 20 years old. I have been working in the Food & Hospitality industry for the past 5-6 years. I started my journey in the industry at your Maroochydore Grinning Dog in 2005. I have since been working in kitchens up & down the coast, learning all different styles & cultures of cooking. I am looking at expanding my skills by working in the bar as I have recently (in the last week) taken courses and received my RSA & RGS. I have learnt how to deal with Minors, Check for ID, deal with Unduly-Intoxicated patrons & Problemed Gamblers. My goal is to ensure a Safe & Pleasant environment for staff & customers. I have handed an up-to-date resume into the store, but have not yet reveived feedback.
So if my skills & qualifications are satisfactory to your needs, I would love the oppurtunity to be part of your crew.
