Very welcoming "old-school" pub. Busy bar, great meals in the dining room (thankyou chef Nick), great atmosphere all round.Special mention to Adam who looked after an old lady's particular drink request with great care, and made her feel very special. The wine list, while not spectacular, is very good for a pub.

Stayed in Foster the other night , a cold wet night and wandered into the Exchange tohave a drink , a feed and warm up -The welcome from the lovely Fiona was fantastic, she introduced me to everyone at the bar, and continued the geat service and hospitality thru the night- The meal was excellent and fairly priced, the drinks likewise -a lovely old pub with lots of histry, but most importantly, nice friendly staff and locals - Thank you for an enjoyable experience Fiona and the team- Cheers Bruce
