What a horrible meal.......
Had the worst lunch ever, smallest 2 pieces of finger sized fish pieces with around 50 cents worth of chips and a few lettuce leafs all for $14.00. On complaining to staff about the size of the portions for the cost of the meal, I had a young girl that worked there giving me s....t because I complained. Well, I am sorry but I have had better meals at a fish shop that cost less. Then I was told I would get something to replace it and so I waited 25 minutes for a bun cut in half with some cheese, avocado and chicken on it with a few chips. Assuming this was because I complained, I said to the manager, well I guess now I have to eat alone because everyone with me has finished their meals, it suddenly was ready and waiting under the hot lights, and so it was dry and horrible. The young girl gave me sh....t for mentioning it and the manager apologized for her saying she was just learning and the manager was sorry the girl reacted like that to me. Well, sorry, your meal was shit, your service was shit and after spending a lot of money at your pub, I will not be returning to cop the abuse and horrible food and service. I hope other people don't let you all get away with the crap either.
