Morundah is just off the Newell Highway between Narrandera and Jerilderie where you can visit the Paradise Palladium Theatre. The theatre achieved fame as the cultural capital of the Riverina following the presentation of several famous operas by Oz Opera throughout the years.
Also stop for a taste tempting experience at the Morundah Hotel restaurant which received praise in the “Epicure” section of the Melbourne Age and is a ‘must do’ when visiting.
To make a booking, contact David Fahey at the Morundah Hotel on (02) 6959 7414 or fax (02) 6959 7485.

Hi I lived in Morundah
Hi
I lived in Morundah from about 1940 to 1946 and went to school when Mr Clem Sankey was the teacher. My Father was the Ganger on the Railway and we lived in a railway house over the line, which has been demolished. I would be pleased to hear from anyone of that era or who knows anyone just to talk of old times.
All the best wishes to all at Morundah,
NORMAN
