Located in the small, historic village of Newbridge, The Gladstone Hotel has been bringing locals and visitors alike, together since 1877. Set in a farming community Newbridge was established mainly off the back of the railway arriving and the construction of the Railway Station in November, 1876. The village boasts its history, still today there are a number of historic buildings that remain. ‘The Bridge’ is one of them.
Recently refurbished the hotels interior reflects its rural surroundings, while paying tribute to its impressive, longstanding history. The Gladstone Hotel oozes country hospitality. The perfect lunch stop, or if you would prefer, settle in and stay the night.
‘The Bridge’ is located 3 hours West of Sydney, 30kms from Bathurst.

Was out on a weekend ride before coronavirus and passed through this town for first time. Hadn’t decided where to stay for the night but this pub looked very inviting so gave it a go. Typical basic but comfortable pub accommodation with a nice hearty meal in front of the fire with a few beers. Looking forward to my next visit
