I lived here for 1.5 years working at Capcoal and miss it now. Not too bad a place to stay and the staff are always good............. Fridges in the rooms are bit on the small side though if staying here long term, that is my only real gripe...................

i recently stayed at the jolly collier with my family. Plenty of room out the back for the kids, great kids room for them to play in. A few things I was disappointed in was the jolly collier don't really have family rooms, with 5 kids and 2adults, the rooms aren't big enough. There was also broken glass in the sandpit area of the kids play ground, not alot to offer on the breastfast menu. The staff are very friendly and pleasent. Very helpful.

I stopped staying there becuase of the yobbos that frequent that hotel.
I had to stay there recently with our Company and was amazed by the differance of customers.
The food is great and plentiful and the staff are amazing.
This beats any central Queensland Hotel by far.
Our Company is staying here once again after 2 years.
I particular liked the write up in the local papers.
Congratulations to Management on a job well done.
