Royal Hotels of Australia
My wife & I have decided that we need to get busy living while we still can. We have set a goal to visit every "Royal" Hotel in Australia. We had to start somewhere and the Royal Oak Cessnock was 1st because its within an hour of our current home.An easy day trip. Had lunch in the main bar which was good quality pub food at a reasonable price.
Unfortunately they don't have light beer on tap but had a choice of 2 bottled ones. There are 3 options for eating. Main bar menu, cafe area at the side and what looked like a reasonably fancy restaurant. Staff were pleasant and food was delivered promptly.
