Disgraceful customer service in front of Clients

Lunch with clients yesterday consisted of the staff (Possibly manager) telling a customer to eat their food, drink their drinks and F^%K off after the lady asked where her meal was as it was quite late. Customer service like this went out back in the 80s. As business owners ourselves, we were very disappointed to say the least. The cook should have his job taken away for swearing at the customers and well what do you do about the management?. Lessons to be learnt my friends.

Awesome spot, very welcoming staff and a menu that does the job.
Would not hesitate to go back.
