The Moonah Hotel, formerly known as "The Pot" or "The Mustard Pot" is an old style hotel located centrally on the Main Road of Moonah in the centre of the Moonah shopping district.
Being a venue that is virtually gaming free, with no poker machines or TAB, it is the ideal venue for those who simply want to have a great pub meal and a drink without the added annoyance of the noise and distractions generated from these functions.
Foxtel is available for viewing throughout the hotel with all of the sports channels available on one of the many televisions, including the 70 inch big screen in the main bar area.
There is no doubt that the venue is at the top of the tree for live entertainment in the Northern suburbs of Hobart. There is live music every Friday & Saturday night as well as the quite Sunday session from mid afternoon.
