It has now been confirmed that the Commercial Hotel in Alexandra has the biggest selection and best tasting Parmiagana's in Australia as seen on channel Nine's Today show.
All of our "20" Parma’s are made with fresh local free-range chicken Breast, crumbed with our own special crumb and topped with house made ingredients prepared in our own kitchen.
The Commercial is located in Alexandra Victoria. Alexandra is 130 km northeast of Melbourne on the Maroondah Highway and is close to the picturesque Lake Eildon. The Commercial has a Bar, Restaurant, Bottleshop, Accommodation and Function Facilities.
