Head chef Ben Armstrong is well-known for taking pub classics to another level. He sources ingredients direct from local farmers including Yapunyah Chickens, Angel Organics Lamb, Gung Hoe Growers, The Food Garden, Tuki Trout and Windarring Urban Mushrooms.
