Pub in Gundy
Not many pubs left with character. This is one of them. Vintage yet modern, food is well above average however, it is the atmosphere that will bring me back. Surrounded by farm lands and runninng creek I kicked a footy on the lawn while not spilling my beer before retiring to lamb shanks in front of the fire. Kids continued to play outside for hours leaving us in peace!
The other good part about the pub is it is HUGE. So you can find your own corner and it feels like you are the only one's there.

Just arrived back to
Just arrived back to Newcastle after having a fantastic time at Linga Longa Inn the hospitality as soon as you walk in the doorby Terry,Louise and Tpny is comforting and makes you not want to come home the the meals by Cookie are incredible mouth watering and huge it was great to sit back and enjoy a magical view with a Icee cold beer and chat to the locals who also make you welcome who wouldnt want to stop in at Linga Longa I just wish I Lingered Longer great time back in a couple of weeks

Sunday was a great day at Gundy, the Linga Longa Inn is open again, serving icy cold Beers and great great food. Hope you were all there today to help Terry, Louise and Toni celerbrate opening day. If you were unable to today, please turn up on Anzac Day, join in the March and or watch the parade from out in front of the Inn and then join in the after march festivities at the pub.
