About Royal Hotel:
The Royal is currently closed for renovation.
We are the owners of Pilliga Pottery and proud Coonabarabran locals. Our goal in renovating the Royal is to give our community another venue to be proud of. A place locals and visitors to our beautiful town can get together to listen to good music, socialise and most importantly have fun.
Renovations and constructions include:

The Royal is currently closed for renovation.

Renovations and constructions include:
- Licensed gelato café;
- bar,
- accommodation units with en-suites
- front and back verandah,
- public Laundromat,
- commercial kitchen; and
- micro brewery.
The Royal Hotel will be opening in stages with the first stages to include the licensed café, disabled access unit, Laundromat and bar.
The work undertaken on the hotel so far has been largely maintenance work with some minor construction.
We are continuing to work with Warrumbungle Shire Council to obtain a Construction Certificate so that we can commence full construction of stages 1 and 2. We hope to have the pub open within a few months of construction approval being issued.
