The Central (formaly known as The Emu) Hotel was established in 1879 located at the rear of the Globe,
the Hotel continued trading at that location until late 1882 when it was relocated to it's current location.
The Central Hotel has long been one of Cootamundra's favourite watering holes. Situated in the middle of Parker Street, our convenient location makes us easy to find. We pride ourselves on being a family pub, where everyone is made to feel welcome. Our friendly staff are only too happy to look after you and our pub features 8 beers on tap, in addition to a wide variety of bottled beer and spirits. We have a great TAB featuring digital form screens, two terminals at the bar in addition to a self-serve betting terminal (with another coming shortly) and plenty of televisions for you to catch all the sport and racing action. Our massive, covered beer garden can cater to private function needs, being equipped with it's own bar with up to 4 beers on tap and a fridge for other drinks
