Bistro Meal
Went for lunch at the Edgeworth hotel yesterday,OMG the worst meal I have ever had,had a T bone chips and salad easy to ccok........
Asked for steak to be cooked medium with Diane sauce,the steak was so over cooked it was like a floor board the sauce was,Im not sure what it was,cetrainly had been reheated so many times in the microwave that was for sure,the salad consisted of lettuce,yep thats it, lettuce,chips were nice....those ones that were not covered in that paste (diane).
Very sad effort for cooking.
Would not return or recommend this bistro to anyone...
