Goulburn Brewery is the oldest surviving brewery and industrial complex in Australia, it was designed by Francis Greenway, and offers a range of fully escorted heritage tours, regular tastings, entertainment, and displays.
The Old Goulburn Brewery Hotel is open daily, serving fine ales and good food. The tea rooms serve light lunches and Devonshire teas, and the restaurant has lunch and dinner daily, with theatre restaurant seasonally.
There is cosy accommodation available in the restored Brewer's Cottages. Enjoy all the country cottage charm of the 1830s, with roaring log fires, and even earth and brick floors and lime washed walls in the Mews!
