This historic hotel was constructed in 1903 and was named after Queen Alexandra, wife of Edward VII. Today it remains a fine example of the architecture of the time.
Perched atop of a hill, wonderful views of the rugged cliff faces and deep gorges of the Jamison Valley are accessible from our outdoor recreation ares and gardens, or even from the large balconies surrounding the hotel.Whilst the rooms are basic, comfortable beds, central air conditioning, and television, guests are encouraged to discover the local scenery.
The Alexandra has a fine dining room and cafe open 7 days for lunch and dinner.
