Built and established as a licensed premises in 1912 as the Cleveland Inn, this heritage listed hotel is featured in the Powerhouse Museum.
A major restoration in 1995 prompted a name change and Bar Cleveland was born, evolving into one of Sydney's most popular inner city pubs.

Fantastic local
From my limited time living in Surry Hills this has fast become my favourite local. Great Trivia on Wednesdays and haven't had so much fun at a pool comp in a long while. Beer selection is great and service is even better. Cant wait to try and graft my way onto the winners board! Cheers
diverse locals pub with great offerings
I stumbled across the pub when a few friends had booked in for Trivia. I was amazed with their selection of food and drink offering, something for everyone (vegan included!)
The host of the evening was such a funny character which made trivia quite enjoyable. This is a pub that ticks all the boxes to satisfy the locals with lots to offer.
