We re-opened The Carrington in the middle of 2011. We kept it true to its origins, a good, old fashioned, neighbourhood pub… Except we made the food and drinks waaaayyyyy more better / interesting. We also made them kind of Spanish… Think the pintos bars of San Sebastian, but then stop thinking that and start thinking about an Aussie pub, on Bourke Street, in Sydney.
There’s high tables and stools in the front bar, so you can get your pub on, but head out the back and our dining area will make you want to lose hours here; ideally over some pintxos and a glass of tempranillo, or our Ibiza muesli and a bloody mary on the weekend. There are loads of nooks and crannies throughout the pub, so you’ll always find a spot. We also provide loads of function spaces.
