Worst service in Sydney.. by a country mile!
Came for dinner at around 5pm. Not very busy so would expect would not be any drama. Setting seems ok. Menu looked like it was ok as well.
After a struggle to wait to order food over the bar, Food took over an hour, which they lost half the order, our friends they brought out wrong order. Then we got told "to chill" just for saying we had been waiting as he walked off?
Another of our group went to the bar for a glass of water, gave up after 15min waiting.
I myself went to the bar to get some drinks, again hardly anyone around only myself and person next to me, he got served then bar tender walked off and upstairs?? Was left thinking am i supposed to serve myself?
Seriously the worst service ive seen in Sydney or any other place.
I cant understand how people can have jobs or a place can survive with atrocious service like this.
The Clock Hotel across the road was full of happy campers, while this place didnt have many people there.. seems everyone already knows its the worst place in town..
Save your time an money and go somewhere else.
