Located 5 minutes drive from the CBD of Sydney, the Courthouse Hotel offers a perfect place to have a drink or a meal and is open 24 hours a day. There is also a bureau de change located at the Hotel, to exchange your internatonal money.

We have 5 single rooms, 2 doubles and 2 twin share rooms(two rooms are ajoining with a lockable door, if familes intend to stay). Our rates are one of the cheapest in the CBD area. Our single rooms are $65 per night or $325 per week. Doubles and Twin rooms are $75 per night or $375 per week.The rooms are located on the 3rd level of the hotel hosting great veiws of Oxford street, Bondi Junction and Sydneys CBD.We have sharied bathroom facticties and the rooms are maintained daily. We prefer bookings at least 1 week prior to arrival. A $30 Key deposit is appicable and is refundable at checkout(10am).
