Casual dining returns to the Light Brigade Hotel, following a complete refurbishment of the first floor, refreshing this eastern suburbs institution with both a new look and a new bistro.
The Bistro & Lounge Bar design was heavily inspired from 1930s Art Deco style, in keeping with the original design of the hotel, while adding a classic and timeless simplicity.
