Rooms are reasonably large in size. Although furnishings are slightly dated, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms are in good condition.

4 restaurants, spread throughout the property. Property is excellent for families with a large and attractive pool area. Next door to Sea world (theme park) and close to the other theme parks. Handy to Surfers Paradise yet away from the hustle and bustle.
