Dear Sir/Madam,

Burra Motor Inn has kindly donated 2 Nights accommodation plus Grantham Cottage One Night and Ayers Cottage in Burra one Night accommodation plus Steamtown Heritage Rail in Peterborough has donated 6 x passes for the Light Show & tour to set up a Burra Charity Auction for the Red Faces 2012 event outlined below are you able to assist by donating either a Tour or pass or a meal or dining voucher towards putting this package together? Of interest “The Old Fella” from Australia’s Got Talent is a Guest Judge at Red faces 2012

I am a Nurse currently working in an Acute Admission Psychiatric Ward at Glenside Campus. I support education and awareness-raising around mental health issues in South Australia and am setting up the Red Faces 2012 fundraising event.
I am passionate about supporting my patients and other people living with mental illness to improve their quality of life and to ensure that they do not become the forgotten members of our community.
I am setting up the Red Faces 2012 with all funds raised going to GROW SA. GROW SA is a community based charitable organisation offering a wide range of programs and services to people living with severe mental illness, their natural support network and the wider community. All proceeds from the event will go to GROW SA and will support the important work that they do and help progress one of the organisation’s strategic goals ‘to reach people we haven’t reached before’.
We were wondering if you would assist by supporting us with a donation of voucher or product. Any donations received will be used as Prizes, Spot Prizes, Raffle Prizes, in Goodies bags, sold in the Charity Auctions or be given as Gifts for the Guest Celebrities to thank them for the their contribution.
Red Faces 2012 will be held on Saturday 5th May 2012 in ‘The Top Room’ at the Arkaba Hotel in Fullarton, Adelaide, South Australia.
We expect a capacity audience of 310 people to enjoy an evening of entertainment that will include: a Talent Quest with prizes for all entrants; a Giant Raffle; Charity Auctions; Spot Prizes; Door Prizes and Goodie Bags for the Audience (please see enclosed flier).
There will be a Guest MC Paddy Sweeney a Celebrity Speaker from the Gold Coast and Guest Celebrity Judges on the night.
Guests include:
• “The Old Fella” From Australia’s Got Talent 2011
• The Borderers Celtic/Irish International Band based in Adelaide
• Amber Joy Poulton Celebrity Country Singer
• Allanah-May Simpson Singer From New Zealand
• Vicki Chapman MP
• Kylena Vigus Singer
• Elizabeth Dabars CEO/Secretary ANMF (Celebrity Judge)
• Leanne Hoad (Celebrity Judge)

• Medium Zoe McDonald 2008 SA Psychic of the Year (Celebrity Judge)
• Brian Pritchard Comedian (Celebrity Judge)
• Bernard H Booth Charity Auctioneer
• Kevin Giddy Nurse Manager Glenside Hospital (Celebrity Judge)

Sponsors of the event will be advertised by Power Point display which will project Sponsor Logos on the venue wall all evening. Event advertising will be in media outlets and promoted by three radio stations supporting the event. Event fliers will also be distributed electronically through numerous networks and linked to supporting websites.

The Mental Health Sector where I work employs around 10,000 staff members across Adelaide hence sponsoring this event has obvious advertising potential. If you would like to donate to Red Faces 2012, kindly ensure that you email your logo to add to the Power Point presentation.
