The Drouin Family Hotel is located in the main street of Drouin, just an hour’s drive from Melbourne CBD and across the road from the Drouin train station. We’re owner operated and staffed by local people who are passionate about providing the best service to our customers.
The Hotel (formerly operated as Gleesons) has been operating since the early 1900s and is the go to venue for family gatherings, birthdays, business parties, lunches, dinners and catching up with friends. The Hotel has undergone a complete renovation including a new bistro room, new kids playroom, modern public bar and a bigger outside deck area.
The renovation was professionally planned and designed considering the zoning concept where the spaces are broken down into small comfortable areas to suit different customers and occasions.
Bistro Our newly renovated Bistro is now up and running, with the capacity to cater for up to 300 guests. We have installed a wheelchair access lift for customers, available from the Princes Way entry.
We have an extensive menu to suit all taste buds and dietary requirements can be catered for to ensure all customers are able to enjoy dining with us.
We cater for a variety of dietary requirements including gluten free and vegetarian. We also have specialised seniors' and children's meals.

Bar:
The bar at The Drouin Family Hotel is a popular meeting point in the area. Whether you are waiting for the train, catching up before going to the local footy or just enjoying a friendly game of pool, the bar offers a great atmosphere and has all your favourites pumping through the juke box. Bar meals are available for lunch and dinner 7 days a week and can be enjoyed inside or outside on the decking.
There is a TAB located in the outside area, complete with televisions to screen all your sporting events. Indoors at the bar is also a sporting haven with five massive plasma screens playing many sports. TAB staff assisted terminal, a separate Easy Betting Terminal and all races shown on overhead screens. The bar is equipped with all your icy cold favourites on tap as well as a huge selection of premix drinks all served by our friendly local staff.

Functions:
Catering packages can be tailor-made to suit any budget, whether it is a three-course sit down meal, or a casual cocktail party. A juke box, DJ or band can be sourced by the customer as entertainment for their private function if they wish.
Please note that 18 birthday parties are not permitted at the Drouin Family Hotel.

Kids:
As a family friendly venue, children are also catered for with a Playroom to help keep them entertained. We have a children’s menu and there are high chairs available for use as well. Our Children's Playroom is complete with a playground, jumping castle, big screen and Xbox Kinect.
