I have been reading some of the more recent reviews and am very dissapointed to read that your hotel is not doing so well. I was going to have lunch there when I visit next month, as I have eaten there before and was quite satisfied with quality and standard. What has happened to bring about such negative comments? If it's one thing I will never tolerate, it's staff being rude to paying clients and very slow food service. your venue appears to be guilty of both. What a shame. I will be visiting my son, who I don't see often enough and so I don't want to take the risk of having our precious time spoilt by having to tolerate bad hospitality. I hope things will change by the next time I visit Sunbury.
