About The Whalers Inn:
The hotel dates back to the 1860's and has more recently has been totally refurbished and only the exterior remains unchanged - now a very up market style pub and popular night spot. Gets very busy on Friday and Saturday nights and is predominantly 18 -25. Much quieter during the week and early in the evenings on weekends. !

The Whalers
The pub is looking great just a very big shame that the owners dont really take notice of how BAD the bar staff/mangers are. Manners are a must in the hospitality trade and in my experience in the bar industry they are very few and far between in this place. The duty manger Adrian looks like he needs a good wash and all he seems to do is mope around the bar putting change in the tills with no time for patrons of the place. I will go back again but hope to have a better experience with the staff than me first time.
