Pub no longer a running pub now closed and is used only as a house
Hines Hill Tavern
I recently stopped off at the Hines Hill Tavern for a lunch-time snack and ended up staying for more than two hours. The tavern is managed by a friendly family who have just purchased the tavern.
The food was great and plentiful and the drinks were icy cold. There is a cool and grassy beer garden out the back which would be a great place for a private party or celebration of some kind.
The historical features of the building are so interesting with ceilings and archtraves being installed in 1905. Out back stands an old lock-up and morgue which have a history of their own.
Hines Hill Tavern is really worth stopping over at.
