This hotel has a great
This hotel has a great location and is a really nice looking venue. Unfortunatley we had a bad experience, the food was average and when we tried to get the attention of the staff to discuss this it was like we werent even there. As it wasnt a busy night I thought the service could of been better. At the end of the evening we felt like we were pushed out the door as they closed up around us still drinking. Was dissappointed with the attitude and language that came from staff when young children were around. Dont think we will visit here again
Food is great, pub has nice
Food is great, pub has nice features, to bad about the lack of knowledge and customer service. Staff arent exactly helpful and not the happiest bunch around. This is a shame as it makes the night come to an end quickly after your meal and leaves a bad impression.
