Rudd's Pub, Nobby.
The hotel, now known as Rudd's Pub, was built by my paternal grandfather, and opened in 1893. His widow, my grandmother, ran the hotel for over 40 years. The hotel was sold in the late 1930's.
It was known as The Davenport Hotel (the township was originally named Davenport, but had a name change in the 1960's.
My two brothers, Paul amd Michael, are still living in the areaa and each has a farm, involving grain growing and cattle raising.
