We went to the River Royal on Sunday and it was fantastic!!!! The newly extended beer garden is fantastic and the love music just topped it off...
Food, Service and atmosphere gets 10+ from me :-) will recommend everyone!!!

River Royal Inn Back on track!
Whilst "Overpriced" sounds like they had a bad time of it, the Royal has since changed management and is going really well. I have eaten at the Royal before, during and after "overpriced" posted their view and have seen it all. However I must note that they are back on track. This is a really nice place for a meal and the drinks selection is better than most pubs. I will go back again and I hope it is as good as my last visit.

The food and drinks are overpriced and the service is terrible to wait 90 mins for your food is not on.Will never go back there again and would not recommend it to my worst enemy

I have found out since that there is new management in there since June 2011 so maybe thats had a bit to do with the difference in comments..?
