One of Goulburns original Hotels first licensed in 1850. A colourful history has seen the building converted to a dispensary & consulting rooms for Dr William Foxley Hayley in 1880 and has been in continuous operation since. The Hibernian Hotel (affectionately known to locals as 'THE HIBO') has an outstanding reputation for top quality food & service.

Family Friendly Hotel with Great Food
This is the place to take your family for the best meals in Goulburn. There is also live music on Friday & Saturday nights.
The Hibernian Hotel in
The Hibernian Hotel in Goulburn used to be fantastic especially on Friday nights when they had live bands every week. Now , ever since the new owners took over in October 2011 the place sucks. They stopped the live bands and so theres no atmosphere there anymore.

They also stopped the anti social behavior and fights. Stopped the horrible smell and sticky carpets! They replaced it with great food and a friendly atmosphere where you can enjoy yourself without feeling threatened!
They have started bands on
They have started bands on Saturday nights again, and renovated the inside. Seems like a really nice place with friendly staff. Love their steaks!

Great pub grub if you are looking nice tasting meals at very affordable prices.
The Chicken Schnitzel is my favourite.
