About Railway Hotel:
The Whistle Stop Tavern was erected by Edward Davis. It was opened in 1911, replacing the Railway Arms Hotel which was established next door in 1878.
Patrick Lohan was the publican from 1878 until 1910.
The hotel is now known as the Whistle Stop Tavern.
