The Riverview Tavern is owned and operated by Les and Kerran Murphy. Kerran has been providing great food and service in the Hastings regions for many years and now the Tavern at Tele Point has the best pub food on the Hastings while Les is well known for his sporting associations in Port Macquarie, notably as the Football Operations Manager of The Port Macquarie Sharks Rugby League Football Club
The Riverview Tavern overlooks the magnificent Wilson River and it is just a wonderfull place to be on a nice sunny day feasting on the great food or having a nice cold drink or two with your friends.
The Riverview Tavern has something for everyone, whether you come for the great family atmosphere, a drink with mates, a pool competition, the fishing club, or the golf club

Good pub food is served, best Parmigiana. Live entertainment on Friday nights are always fun. Nice atmosphere .

We had dinner there and the old boss man publican had his favorites and it was not at all us!
He worked the bar and wasn't happy he seemed more interested in the horse racing !! He even argued with his wife who was taking our order and they swore at each other across the serving area!
Right in front of us!
There was a young man at the bar who was bubbly and fun, he smiled and was very courteous and polite as the norm.
We were then told that we couldn't order a half serve of a fish dish for my Mother who is 86 and we had brought her out from her retirement village for dinner?! "We don't offer half serves, just take home what you don't eat! where is the customer service!!?

Food was great tasting but traditional and sauces full of cream! I wouldn't rave about it as the dishes are outdated....
