The Bushman's Arms Hotel had humble beginnings in 1861, but less than twelve months after the bar opened, a grander establishment was erected on the same site, and was renamed the Commercial Hotel. Passengers on board the Royal Mail and Western Stage booked their tickets here and the profits helped pay for a second storey in the 1920's. In 2006 the Commercial Hotel was returned to its original name.
The Bushman's Arms Hotel is a traditional hotel with self-contained accommodation. The hotel also features a re-furbished dining room "The Bushman's Grill" which features local cuisine and Limestone Coast wines. Open 7 Days this beautiful old hotel also has a variety of bars featuring counter meals, TAB etc.
Next to the hotel is the new gaming room and the Venus Bar which has been built in the restored old stone shed.
A Sip & Save Bottle Shop is available on site.
