The Hotel was purchased in 2003 by the Gibbons family and they are still running the Robin Hood Inn today. Licensee and Manager, Frank Gibbons is here daily from opening time at 10.30am.
Just a five minute drive from the main street of Drouin in picturesque surroundings, the Hotel and all its serenity appears.
The Hotel boasts 10 Hotel rooms, Pub bar, Bistro and Function room, Bottle shop as well as a Milk bar. The Beer Garden is a beautiful shaded area to enjoy an alfresco meal on a sunny afternoon.
The building itself is of Historical interest with many features being preserved from its past. When you walk in you will feel the warm ambience and history envelop you. Both dining areas feature open fire places adding warmth and atmosphere to those chilly winter evenings. The friendly hospitality and great service compliment the hearty, filling, high quality meal you will receive.
The Main Bar opens at 10.30am daily, with bar meals and Bistro serving meals every day between 12 - 2pm and 6 -8pm (times may change subject to daylight savings). Sunday is the exception as there is no dinner service that evening.
The Milk Bar is open between 8.30am – 6pm and caters to all those daily necessities, Newspapers, bread, milk, dairy products, grocery items along with soft drinks, chips, lollies etc.
The Bottle shop opening hours are between 11am – 8pm.
The function room can be booked for a small fee upon request, and can cater for sit down meals or buffet style dining. A perfect place for that special event as the double glass doors open to the covered veranda and Beer garden
