We have trouble referring to this pub with a smile on our face

This used to be one of my most frequented hotels, however it has since become one of my least favourites. I guess the reason that I kept on landing up here is because of the cheap beers, and also that it is a five minute (or less) walk from the railway station. Mind you, when ever we mention this place it is always with a sneer, indicating our distaste for it, and in fact whenever I went here with one friend, we seemed to attract some drunkard to our table. However, what I really don't like about this place is that the family restaurant is separated from the pokies room by a sign with a child on it saying 'stop', all the while the children can see the flashing lights and hear the sounds coming from beyond. Oh, it is not the quietest of pubs either, but at least they show the football matches that I want to watch, which is the other reason I seem to regularly land up here.
