Today I visited the hotel. I ordered spicy wedges along with my drink.
I was lone on the table , enjoying my drink with wedges. Each time I finish my drink , I used to go back to get another drink from the counter. I repeated three time.counter was free and I got the drink served almost immediately
Third time when I came back and sat at the table , I realised my potato wedges are taken away and thrown.
When I asked the waiter lady and she said she cleared it off
She WENT back and OFFERED me the THROWN AWAY food !!!!!!
I rejected it . She offered me to get me fresh , I said no . They she offers me refund , I said okay as I was leaving and can’t have it alone the fresh wedges again .
Suddenly other lady came back with the thrown away food and She was RUDE and kept the food on my table and asked me take it and said she Can’t refund
The fact is I don’t wanted refund but they offered .
Mainly the second waiter lady was so rude and aggressive on her service . Offers me threw away food again to eat.
NO SUCH Hotel would do that to any customer.
The service is poor and waste.
