I stay at lots of country pubs ... and this is my favourite .... without a doubt !!!!

2 night stay after Tamworth Music Festival 2010
We stayed for Sun & Mon nights after the Music Festival and because of a last-minute decision to stay in historic Nundle, we had to take the accommodation left and it was really hot with the room getting all the arvo sun. Comfortable old pub style room, tea & coffee in room, clean share -bathroom & toilet. Food was fabulous and the Publican and all staff are friendly, efficient & great.
We loved it so much I have just booked today, nice & early to assure us of a better room with en-suite for Jan 2011 after the music festival 2011.
Renovations are complete now so we are looking forward to seeing the
lovely old pub again.
