history of red lion hotel
Doing some research on old pubs in R'ton area. Do you have any info. on when Red Lion was built or the families who ran it from late 1800's - 1960? Regards Patricia
Social Club
My husband and friends celebrated our anniversary at the footlights theatre restaurant and was very upset along with other patrons by the behaviour of your social club. One drunk from the club shouted out "Am I the only stupid cunt that thinks this show is fucked? he the got up and nearly fell over the table and continued to go outside while another female British accent drunk kept yelling out to other members across the room and interrupting the show. When your members are at other venues they are ambassadors for your hotel and should be reminded to be on their best behaviour not their worst. It was a disgusting drunken display.
