Wish I had known this site earlier it is a great tool of advice for customers.
A little while back I was a guest of someone's 18th birthday meal and on behalf of this person I write the following comment.
Of all in the party of 8 adults all bar one ordered steaks, the only person who did not, ordered pasta.
The latter was the only one of 8 who enjoyed their meal, the other 7 including myself were appalled at just how poor the food was.
All were well overcooked bordering on burnt which left the whole party annoyed so we all left to finish off at another establishment where we all enjoyed coffee and cake and stayed on for the rest of the evening.
In defence of the establishment it was a very busy night which reflected in a 50 minute wait however 7/8 failures is poor by any restaurant standard.
Luckily for them there is massive flow of customers being a Westfield shopping centre otherwise they might struggle.
