Bar staff are very friendly
I have no reason to complain about the Criterion.
The bar staff are very friendly, hard working and
I reckon nice people.
I cannot understand Jan Anderson comment
as there must be more to it.
I myself work in hospitality and find them
to be perfectly fine.
Regards,Jim
Looking forward to catching
Looking forward to catching up for a birthday with family and friends at this hotel turned out to be the worst experience in dining. We found the manager and one of the waitresses to have NO customer service skills. Two meals out of thirteen didnt arrive. On questioning the waitress she said Yes they were delivered and proceded to storm out then brought the two PAID dinners only to announce "HERES YOUR COMPLIMENTARY MEALS". We all left shaken and very very annoyed as AMAZINGLY the Manager dissapeared..We are locals and wont be back!!!
I am a local as well
Sorry to here about this happening, however by using capital
letters in a message suggests that shouting occurred and I find it hard
to believe for one minute this actually happened. There must have been a
misunderstanding of some sort.
I am also a local , work in hospitality and do not have a problem with
the the staff at this establishment.
Kind regards,
Jim
