The Nangiloc General Store has been going for many years now, and the Tavern was Established in 1993, where it was and still seems to be the local watering hole for the locals, and a good spot for many campers and fisherman to come in and have a nice cold beer and a good feed. Today in 2012 with new owners it has recently been renovated with a massive mural of the murray river and bushland. One could almost say its probably the biggest hand painted mural to be found in a country pub, so definitely worth the drive out to Nangiloc.
Situated close to the river it is a must see pub with its country feel, and providing great homely food, which gives it that laid back appeal to the public and locals around. The General Store has also undergone some changes with a huge selection of dry goods, confectionary, frozen foods, miscellaneous goods, fuel, ice and fishing licenses on offer.
So if your wanting to visit a pub with a laid back atmosphere and a homely feel to it with great service and great food Nangiloc General Store and Tavern is a place to be seen.
