Our story...
The original Collie Hotel was established in 1862 as the Marthaguy Hotel, sadly it was burnt out in 1987. Whilst the new hotel was being built, business was carried on in a disused shop until the Collie Hotel re-opened 1989.
You will be welcomed by friendly hosts Emily and Tom, enjoy cool beverages, great food and even a bed, if this is what you need. There are a limited number of rooms available as well as a caravan area and shower facilities for those who spend a long time on the road.
Throughout the year we hold a variety of events:
Rally pitstop and stay overs
Australia Day Yabbie Race
Fundraisers
Quick Shear competition (bi-annual)
New Years Eve Party
Kingswood Classic
Various food nights
Christmas parties

Great stay
Stayed at the collie pub for work on the 19th & 20th of February 2013, had dinner there for 2 nights they also made me lunch. A fantastic experience for a hard working man. Would highly recommend this place to anyone well done to the host's nothing was a problem.
Top Ranking Hotel
My partner, my father and I were at the end of a 3 week road trip around NSW. We stayed at over a dozen pubs and motels in the state but our night at Collie Hotel ranks as one of the highlights. The accommodation was exceptional, the food was great and the service was first class. I can not thank Matt & Marianne enough for their warm welcome and hospitality. We'll most certainly be back for another visit. I would strongly recommend including Collie Hotel on any trip through North Western NSW.
Well done to Matt, Marianne and everyone in Collie.

I had an event (50th) in March 2010 at Collie and we throughly enjoyed it. I am looking at doing it all again on November, 12 with approx. 40 people. Can you please send me an email with firstly are you able to cater on and for this date and secondly what would be the choices and prices available to us regarding menu??
