Called for a courtesy bus for 9 people. Waited for 15 minutes then rang to check if still coming. Was told the driver had just left. Waited another 30 minutes then rang again and was blatantly lied to when told the bus went out to pick us but we were not there. Obvious lie!! Second time this has happened. Won't be a third time!! A good way to drive away customers. You would think a small town would look after the locals
